Meet Christopher Cuevas (aka CC)
Founder · Creative Force · Smile Enthusiast

I’ve spent most of my life devoted to learning, growing, and guiding others in the health and wellness space—with a passionate focus on movement, recovery, and biohacking for real-life results. Whether it's through refined technique, somatic engagement, or a good laugh mid-squat, I believe transformation happens when we move with intention and joy.

I’m Christopher Cuevas—most folks just call me CC—the creative force and founder of UONFIT, a veteran-owned wellness center built on functional movement, innovative recovery, and radical self-optimization.

A lifelong martial artist, self-defense instructor, and curious outdoorsman, I blend traditional craft with modern science. I’m a certified flow movement specialist, a Graston Level 2 practitioner, and a U.S. Army veteran with a heart for helping others feel at home in their bodies.

At UONFIT, our motto is simple: You Optimized Now—because your wellness journey should meet you where you are, and grow with you wherever you’re headed.
