Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final on services, memberships, and session packages. Due to the nature of coaching and scheduling, these offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Physical products (supplements, gear, and accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

UONFIT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
